Bridge - Vision, Coaching, Implementation (team coaching).png

The All-Hands meeting.

The energy is high, the vision is clear, the leadership team is aligned.

Then Monday arrives – and the noise begins again.

When I managed the North American operations of a multinational software company, I use to travel to Europe every Fall for an annual All-Hands strategy meeting.  Managers from about a dozen countries would descend in a hotel near a local office, build relationships, gossip, share status updates and presentations, align around bigger goals, and drink way too much sometimes.  It was fun!  Even if I suspected the cost was too high for what the company got out of the meeting, I would have been upset if it didn’t happen.  Despite the usual stress of my job, I’d leave the meeting feeling energized with a renewed focus.  Yet within weeks, operational urgency took over.

Urgent tasks replace important goals.  Meetings fill calendars. The strategy that felt so alive starts to fade behind the day-to-day.  And let’s face it, change is often resisted even when the status quo hasn’t been working out.

Does this sound familiar?

After the All-Hands helps managers and management teams bridge the gap between big-picture goals and day-to-day realities.  Through focused coaching conversations with your management team, your managers will get the support they need to convert the vision set from an All-Hands meeting into sustained collective action.  We’ll create structures for shared accountability, navigate competing priorities, and strengthen the collaboration that fuels real progress.

Who It's For

  • Leadership or Management teams who want to improve their ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable results, even when "there's no time for that."

  • Executive teams wanting to maintain momentum, coherence, and accountability after an All-Hands meeting.

  • Organizations wanting to embed team coaching as a lever of transformation.

  • Leadership groups wanting to improve their ways of working together towards a common goal.

  • Groups navigating change or rapid growth.

  • Teams who want to strengthen trust, decision-making, and follow-through.

Expected Outcomes

  • A unified team with clarity on priorities, roles, and accountabilities.

  • Enhanced synergy: cross-team coordination, reduced duplication, better decision flow, etc.

  • Shared ownership and peer accountability for strategic goals

  • Faster, more consistent progress on organizational priorities.

  • Better resilience in the face of competing demands.

  • More effective communication, trust, and conflict resolution.

  • Renewed energy and engagement across the team.

What's included:

  • Pre-program team assessment & stakeholder interviews.

  • A kickoff workshop to reengage the vision, surface constraints, and set expectations for the coaching engagement.

  • 6 x 2-hour Zoom team coaching sessions (in-person available by request)

  • Ongoing support between sessions via email

This is not just coaching individual leaders.  I’ll work with your team as a living system.  We’ll explore patterns, surface tensions, gain alignment through dialogue, and define the team’s ways of working together that will carry them through to the finish line.

You can have the best managers on a management team, but that alone is sort of like planting seeds in a garden and forgetting to water it.  After the All-Hands team coaching could be the water that will help your management team thrive.
