Hi there!
I'm a certified organizational coach and project manager (PMP) who helps new and emerging leaders feel more confident, clear, and capable in their roles. I especially love working with clients who've moved from technical roles into management - because I've been there, my direct reports have been there, and you don't have to squeeze yourself into some idea of what a leader should be. You get to define that yourself. I'm happy to help.

Leadership isn't one-size-fits-all - and leadership development shouldn't be either.
My Story
Most new managers don't need another generic leadership workshop.
After years of hearing companies send new managers to expensive generic leadership trainings and workshops, I realized what most people actually need is individualized support. Coaching offers something different: a space to pause, reflect, and create a path forward that works for who you are and where you want to go.
That's why I became a coach - because real growth happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead in their own way. Unfortunately, that kind of support is missing from a lot of workplaces.

Before coaching, I spent over 15 years leading teams as a project manager, HR manager, and even once led the North American operations of a multinational software development company. Helping teams and clients deliver complex software projects taught me to adapt quickly - no two clients were the same, and no two solutions worked the same way.

These experiences taught me to meet people where they are, break big goals into doable actions, and stay focused on outcomes. Coaching lets me bring those same skills to people navigating change, growth, and new leadership responsibilities.
In 2025, I became certified as an Organizational Coach after attending the University of British Columbia's 8-month International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 Accredited Coach Training program, the first organizational coaching program accredited by the ICF, and first university-based organizational coaching program of its kind in Canada.

I also hold an MBA from the University of British Columbia, which deepened my understanding of organizational systems, strategy, and change - and continues to inform how I support clients navigating complex professional challenges.

My clients often come to me overwhelmed, uncertain, or feeling like an imposter.
Together, we work on building confidence, setting meaningful goals, address burnout, and learning practical tools and strategies to be an authentic leader.
Whether it's dealing with a difficult boss, navigating team dynamics, or finding your own leadership voice, I bring a grounded, goal-oriented approach - plus a good sense of humour. Fun matters. If you're not enjoying your work, something's out of alignment.
